All products will be closely inspected before being shipped
out.
If you receive d a defected or incorrect items, please
inform us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please inform us by e-mail info@jaymsters.co.za of such problem we
will arrange for the collection of the item and for the delivery of a
replacement or the correct items to be sent to you.
Please note that we will not accept any returns (whether its
is incorrect or defective) if the items have been worn or removed from its original
package.
Necklaces
We do not offer any refunds on the necklaces unless it is
faulty. If you are unhappy with the product
we will offer you a store-credit or exchange it for a product of the same
value.
The customer in this situation will be liable for the
courier cost of R100 both ways.
To be eligible for an exchange the product must be in its original
condition and packaging.
A defective product is a pendant which contains a material imperfection
in the manufactory or design that rends the product less acceptable useful or safe
reasonable expected under the circumstance.
Our stainless steel pendants are tarnish resistant and with
proper jewellery care should not tarnish.
For the best product care possible, we do not suggest
exposing our stainless steel pendants and necklaces to the below;
- Dishwashing soap
- Lotion Perfume
- Hair products
- Jewellery cleaners
- Other harsh chemical
Everyone’s skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze and gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the colour of your pendant changing caused by skin oils.
Jaymsters design offers express shipping.
- Express delivery is R 100 and only available for the main city centres. Delivery takes 1 – 2 working days once the order is completed and collected.
- Once the order is completed and collected. Delivery is made from 8H00 – 16H00 on working days only.
Our stainless-steel pendants and chains is tarnish free and hypo allergenic.
- It is safe to wear stainless steel in water and exercise.
- Keep it away form chemical materials such as Perfume.
- If your pendant gets wet or/and dirty just wipe with a clean cloth and let it dry.
Should any of your pendants and chains lose its colour within a year of purchasing, we will be happy to replace it or provide you with a voucher code to the value of your pendant purchase.
- It is possible for gold plating to turn a bit darker over time, but it will not fade or wear off.
- The warranty only refers to the colour of the jewellery and not to scratches, wear, tear or any breaks.
We do offer a warranty on breakages up to 30 days from date of purchase.
- Any breakage after this period is subject to wear and tear, as we cannot control how the jewellery has been worn or handled.
Every customer’s skin type is different and react different to bronze and gold planting. No refunds or returns are given for colour or jewellery changings due to skin oils.

How is the product water and tarnish proof?
All pendants and necklace chains are made with a stainless
steel base, and a 14k or 18k gold plating, making them completely water and
tarnish proof.
Stainless steel is resistant to rust. It ranks on the MOH (Mineral Hardness) a
6; while other metals like silver ranks @ 2.5.
It means stainless steel is harder and can last longer than silver and
brass.
