How long will my order take to arrive?
- Order processing is 3 - 5 working days.
- Shipping is 1 - 2 working days if you have selected express shipping to main city centres.
- Shipping is 3 - 5 working days if you have selected economy shipping.
How can I track my order?
After the order has been processed a tracking number will be sent to you, which you can use to track your delivery.
How do I get free shipping?
- All orders above R 700 qualify for free shipping.
- The shipping will automatically be deducted from your order, when your order total exceed R 699.80
Do you have a physical store?
We unfortunately do not have a physical store yet; we are exclusive online for now.
Can I bath, sweat, and swim with your pendant and neckless?
You definitely can, you never have to take it off.
Can I provide my own design?
- Yes you can and we will work with you.
- You can e-mail it to sales@jaymsters.co.za
- We will give you a design option, if you accept it and pay for the order it will be processed.
- No returns or refund on own design that has been approved by the customer.
